Cover Gluing Machine - PL500

The PL500 cover gluing machine is simple to operate. It has a tank you fill with latex adhesive (cold adhesive). The adhesive is spread automatically evenly over steel rollers (you can control the amount of adhesive).

The Twin rollers on the top transport the sheet through the machine where the adhesive is apllied to the bottom of the sheet. The amount of adhesive applied to each sheet and the transport speeds are controlled by the operator.

The purposely built stitching and binding machines, DuoStitch and DuoBind enables easily stitch and bind hard cover books quickly and effortlessly.
