Small Box

The Kluge Small Box Automatic Folder Gluer provides both productivity and versatility for the high speed production of specialty packaging products. This unique system design addresses the fast growing short to medium run small packaging market.

The Small Box Folder Gluer includes a friction feed unit, TransTable III base unit with small box accessories, Microglue 204 control module and stacker unit as standard.

UniFold

The The Kluge UniFold folder gluer provides both productivity and versatility with a modular system built in the Kluge tradition of quality, durability and value. The UniFold's unique unitized system provides unmatched versatility in folding and gluing equipment.

The bucklefolder, final fold Unit, TransTable converting unit and stacker unit are all portable, allowing for multiple configurations and applications. The UniFold's rugged construction starts with a 2"x 2" welded tubular steel frame.

All bearings are precision-sealed bearings. The electrical control system is well organized and clean, with channeled wire-ways and coordinating numbered wires and schematic.

UniFold's unique unitized system provides unmatched versatility in folding and gluing equipment. Accommodates a sheet size up to 29¡± wide.

WFE Series (13x19)

The 13 x 19 WFE series web-flow press from Kluge is designed to handle increased specialty forms production of 4,000 to 8,000 iph. Kluge's WFE web-flow presses handle 2-1/2" to 20" (64mm to 508mm) web widths¡©and paper advancements in 1/96" (.25mm) increments with 3" to 17" (76mm x 178mm) stock advancements.

With standard pack-to-pack delivery, and many other delivery options, the WFE is designed to accommodate die cutting, foil stamping, embossing, and MICR encoding using magnetic tape. An optional hologram registration unit makes this press ideal for high-speed application of hologram foils to checks, forms, security documents and tickets.

EHD Series (14x22)

Often called "the workhorse of the industry", the Kluge EHD is already a legend. Featuring speeds up to 3,300 impressions per hour, the EHD can accommodate up to 15"x 24.75" (381mm x 629mm) sheets, with up to 40 square inches of die area. Kluge's patented Delayed Dwell technology allows the EHD to start on impression sooner, bottom out, and remain on impression longer ¡© doubling impression time with no loss of production speed and assuring flawless foil separation from the stock. A new, optional, freestanding mobile electronics console puts all press operations in one place for easy access. The same console can also serve as a workstation and toolbox.

Rugged, dependable and simple to operate, the EHD is known for providing years of reliable service in foil stamping, embossing and die cutting, and for over 25 years has been the standard by which all presses in its class are measured.

EHF Series (14x12)

The Kluge EHF Series Press takes the standard EHD and raises it to the next level. A stronger main frame, stronger platen bolts and heavier side arms give the press greater impressional strength. Improved side arm design gives the press almost three times the preload pressure. These differences plus improved user-friendly modifications; make the EHF the new standard of the industry.

Designed to accommodate an image area of up to 22¡± x 30¡± and at speeds of 1700 iph, the EHG Series Half-Sheet Press is available with foil stamping, diecutting & embossing capabilities or solely as a die cutter.

V-8 Series (23x32)
