It's the right and compact combination of "HYDRA" and "STAR"machineries. It's considered by all our Customers the right answer to the market for short/medium hardcover and photobook cover runs.

The operator can work sitting down in front of the machine. On his left there is the gluing-in unit, in front of him there is the vacuum table and on it there are some board gauges where can be placed the board(s). This board gauge is started by 2 foot pedals, under the machine. The product (board + paper) is pushed towards a brush system, able to turn-in and press each kind of product used into the bookbinding and paper converting sector.

With this machine it's possible to run a big range of products, for example menu covers (having little windows inside the front cover), or little agendas or little book covers. Possibility to run products with less 1 mm board thickness (with a special device on the machine).
