This CT620 Auto-Cutter/Slitter is a unique machine designed to handle high volume of digital print cards and other multiple-up products produced
on ink jet and laser printers. The unique suction feeding mechanism allows smooth, hassel free feeding operation. The guillotine cutter cross cuts the sheet as the paper is
advanced through this machine with a programmable paper drive.
When running business cards, a bleed between the two rows of cards
and edge trim is removed from both sides of the sheet.
Card length
is varied using the programmable cutter. This control allows a
scissor cut or a variable size gutter to be removed between
individual cards.
Combined with a laser or ink jet printer, the CT620 allows low
volume business cards and other multiple-up products to be produced
with ease. |

Handles paper and card in sizes up to A3+.
Engineered to accept A3+ paper and card (320 x 469.5mm) and accurately cut small, medium and high volumes of paper and card automatically.

High-accuracy, safe operational design
High sensitivity sensors monitor the entire cutting process from paper input to paper output. Cutting mark sensors detect cut position marks for highly accurate cutting.

High speed processing
The machine cuts A3+ paper and card at a rate of 7 sheets per minute. This means that it can cut 140 business cards per minute, or 100 postcards in 2 minutes.

Air suction paper feed system
Up to 500 sheets (0.12mm thick) can be fed into the AutoCutter automatically. The use of air suction paper pick up eliminates marking of printed surfaces.

Large capacity paper output tray
The paper output tray accommodates stacks of up to 650 sheets of business cards (0.12mm thickness) in each row thus reducing operator workload.

Reduced requirement for blade replacement and daily maintenance
The AutoCutter's low maintenance mechanism concept, significantly reduces tasks such as blade replacement, jam processing and cleaning.

The long fixed cross blade and rotary blades are guaranteed for 1,000,000 cuts and 100,000 sheets of A3 paper respectively.
